About Us
We are a local family-run business. We started in real estate as agents working for commissions to support our household and growing family. As our business grew, sitting across the table from people that were making big decisions became a regular occurrence. We spent nearly a decade in this space. We helped hundreds of clients list and buy homes, at the same time investing in real estate on our own. As with any industry, the longer you do it, the more crazy situations you encounter. We have come across a number of situations where listing a property was not the highest and best outcome for a client. Sometimes clients needed to liquidate quickly. Sometimes the condition of the property created an issue. Often times heirs of an estate don’t have the time or resources to get a property ready to list - especially if a home needed some sprucing up. We decided to create another option. We started offering to buy houses that had these challenges, but we wanted to do it on more of a local level than many of the signs you see nailed to a telephone pole. We like to take the time to understand a situation to see what ALL of the options are, suggest some options, and if it’s the right fit, simply buy the home and get money in the seller’s pocket quickly. Hopefully we get to meet each other and work together someday.
